Wrap and Scarf Patterns

In the winter, I love the warmth of a cozy scarf tucked under my chin (or pulled high enough to warm my nose on the rare days of true winter in Vancouver). For summer, having a lightweight wrap to drape around my shoulders is enough to combat the slight chill of a cool evening. For gift giving, both scarves and wraps are quick to knit and muchly appreciated, provided that the fibre and style is matched to the recipient - just ask my allergic-to-wool boyfriend to show off his Picker’s Delight scarf made from a tweedy-coloured cotton!
In designing scarves and wraps, I tend to lean towards easy, quick-knit stitches, and then look for ways to make them stand out - adding colour changes, throwing it all on the bias, or figuring out a no-purl method to speed up a ribbed scarf. I am currently fascinated with hooded scarves, and you’ll see these designs appearing in the next few months!
Clicking on the pattern links to the left will take you to that pattern’s page to purchase, or find information on sizing, yarn recommendations, and the needles and notions used in the pattern along with FAQs, errata, and links to the project on Ravelry. I hope you enjoy my wrap and scarf designs!
Notes on buying my patterns online:
Ravelry hosts my pattern sales, but you do not need to be a Ravelry member to buy my patterns! The Buy It Now button on each pattern will connect you directly with PayPal, and upon completing your purchase, a link to download the pattern PDF will be sent automatically to your email. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if it doesn’t appear in your InBox within a few minutes!
